Featuring easy-grip profiles, the Scaff Deck elements are easy to handle and install.

The all-new Sixty82 Scaff Deck — a major step forward for scaffolding platforms. Designed to meet the demands of the rental and event industries, this deck stands out for its increased robustness with reinforced, welded corners and thicker 15 mm plywood compared to the usual 12 mm found on the market.
The plywood, glued to the frame, experiences less twisting and flexing. Each element is equipped with gutters to make handling and installation easier for users.

A welded-corner aluminum frame eliminates the need for rivets.
To minimize bounce effects as much as possible, the manufacturer increased the thickness of the plywood.

In addition, a highly rigid double central beam enhances its stability by reducing the deck’s bounce effect compared to single-beam systems.

48.3 mm leg locks have been included to provide more flexibility when used as a standard stage platform.

The entire setup fits perfectly with the most common scaffolding systems, with or without the Sixty82 Beam, and thanks to its optional leg mounts, can operate independently as a self-supporting stage element.

The range offers sizes suitable for all systems and is available in both 1036/2072 scaffolding and metric formats. All accessories from the standard Stage82 components are also compatible with the Scaff Deck82 scaffolding platform, confirming their belonging to an intelligent and flexible ecosystem. Designed to withstand intensive and repeated use, the Scaff Deck guarantees reliable long-term performance.
