After more than three decades of dedicated service, ETC CEO Dick Titus announced his retirement this week. “Over 35 years with the company, including seven as CEO, Dick Titus provided ETC with strong leadership and clear direction. His legacy will live on through ETC’s continued commitment to its employees and customers,” said Susan Foster, Chair of the Board.
As the company enters a new era of leadership, ETC is pleased to announce the appointment of James Foster as President.
The new President has worked closely with Dick Titus as well as with many ETC departments. Over the past 10 years, he has held roles in Research & Development, Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisitions Management, and Customer Service. Since 2024, James Foster has served as Vice President of Finance. He has also been a member of ETC’s Board of Directors since 2022.
“I am deeply honored and excited to write this new chapter alongside the exceptional teams that make up ETC,” said James. “This company has been built on the passion of its people, its commitment to service, and its innovative products. I am committed to carrying this momentum forward.”
