Martin Professional presents the Mac Aura Raven XIP, setting a new benchmark in multi-source effects Wash. Designed to deliver exceptional performance in both Wash and pixel array lighting, it is the most powerful and advanced fixture in the Mac Aura range.
Boasting an output of over 24,500 lumens, the Mac Aura Raven XIP is a powerhouse. Equipped with the latest generation of RGBL (Red, Green, Blue, Lime) LEDs, it guarantees a previously unmatched quality of light, with improved hues and first-rate brightness. Its large 343 mm front lens concentrates the light from the 37 main LED sources, which generate a beam of impressive intensity, all with a homogeneity previously unseen by Martin for a Wash.
It features a fast motorized zoom with a range of 6° to 50°, allowing you to go from a tight beam to a wide wash much faster than any other fixture in the range. Martin has ditched the endless-screw-driven zoom system in favor of a belt-driven carriage.

Its new “blackface” look increases the contrast of the source, differentiating it from other projectors with a darker lens and a “dark” design, rather discreet.
In total, our new Mac packs no less than 900W of LEDs! Another new feature, and not the least, is the design of the Aura module, which allows it to be used regardless of the zoom position, so access to pixel effects is always available.

Still, on the new side, the Raven XIP is fitted with an optional module called “BeamShaper,” which allows you to ovalize the beam and control its orientation from the console. The module is installed on the nose of the fixture with disconcerting ease and integrates well with the overall look of the fixture.
If we focus on its design, the Mac Aura Raven XIP shares the same mechanical and electronic base as the recent Mac Viper XIP, Martin’s desire to optimize product development, and, the supply and availability of spare parts. The fixture is obviously designed for outdoor use (hence the name “XIP”) thanks to an IP rating of 54.

In terms of control, the fixture meets most of the current protocols. DMX-RDM, Art-net, sACN as well as the Martin P3 protocol, a great ally for exploiting the approximately 851 parameters of the most extensive mode! It has an NFC-type interface for quick support or diagnosis via the Companion application. Finally, the fixture includes a universal connection module to support various wireless DMX interfaces.
