Stage82 100 KG Railing System
This brand-new public access railing system has been designed to ensure extreme rigidity and to comply with European standards Eurocode 1 EN 1991-1-1 (Category C), EN 17736 and EN 17879. The materials used for the posts and guardrails are standardized, and the connection kit allows for fast, intuitive and solid installations.
This system can withstand up to 100 kg/m of horizontal force over long spans, and 200 kg/m linear load when the guardrail is made of shorter sections.
Eurocode 1 EN 1991-1-1 (Category C): Guardrails must withstand 1.0 kN/m (100 kg/m) of distributed horizontal load and 1.0 kN (100 kg) of point load. The minimum height must be 1.10 m (public venues), with no permanent deformation under load. Applicable to public buildings (ERP), theatres, concert halls and venues open to the public. Compliance is achieved when the structure can withstand these forces without failure or excessive deflection.
The standards EN 17736 and EN 17879 complement Eurocode requirements and impose resistance, stability and safety criteria for guardrails (minimum height, fixation, no permanent deformation). They require tested loads ≥ 1.0 kN/m (as per Eurocode 1) and appropriate fall-protection devices for dynamic uses (stages, grandstands, temporary structures).

“LED Adjuster Truss” – LED Screen Adjustment Truss Based on the Alpha82 Design
Designed for precise leveling of large LED screen spans, the LED Adjuster Truss combines a robust and compact truss structure suitable for long spans, requiring fewer hoists while effectively controlling potential deflection. It features an integrated rail system allowing easy movement and level adjustment.
The leveling forks can be moved almost continuously along the entire span and are accessible from the top. This modular solution also reduces transport volume and has been patent filed.
The LED Adjuster Truss is available in 39 cm section size, integrates seamlessly with Alpha82 solutions, and is compatible with L52S and XL101R models, while maintaining their structural strength.
