Elevation Church, based in Matthews, North Carolina, added Clay Paky A.leda B-EYE K20 LED-based moving lights to the extensive roster of AV equipment it used for a series of Easter worship experiences this year. Main Light Industries, Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware supplied Elevation Church with 35 B-EYEs for the Easter worship experiences, five for its primary broadcast location and 30 shared among nine other satellite locations.

Amadeus, based in France, one of the premiere manufacturers of high-end sound reinforcement systems and custom studio speakers, announced today that it has received the honor of winning the 'PM'Up' Ile-de-France economic development competition. Amadeus was the only audio company to win out of over 228 entries.

Austria: The legendary Top of the Mountain concert brought two new stars to the alpine resort of Ischgl this year: Robbie Williams and NEXO STM. Launched at LDI 2013, Intellipix is a semi-transparent panel accommodating 25 LED RGBW 15 W sources linked to a new collimator, which will be available across the entire “RADICAL” range from this French manufacturer. An exclusively orientated effect, with its 25 narrow beams and profile spots to create relief in space. The intellipix acts as a link between the light and the video, which will allow designers to give free rein to their imaginations. Just like the toy Meccano, the system of panels allows an infinite range of possibilities at set-up level.

Maydays, a 20-year-old electronic dance music (EDM) tradition in Germany received a sonic power boost this year with a brand-new Meyer Sound Lyon™ linear sound reinforcement system. The 2014 “Full Senses” edition drew 21,000 to the Westfalenhallen in Dortmund, with headline DJs Fedde Le Grand, Moguai, and Sander van Doorn playing in the main arena through an immersive surround sound configuration.
