Imagine a one-meter rail with two levels of 24 small, conjoined spoons serving as reflectors for LEDs, meticulously sorted by color in a smart and tidy kitchen. The recipe for the quality of the diffusion and the color palette are especially tasty !
Dalis meets a set of specifications that should appeal to theaters and television studios in terms of diffusion, luminous density, variety of pastel and saturated colors, and silent operation.
This LED bar is quite unique with its 48 LED sources on two levels, coupled to asymmetric mini-reflectors with a sophisticated profile. They are also patented.
The palette of hues is created using eight different colors of LED sources. There are standard red, green and blue, plus royal blue, amber, cyan and, for perfect whites, there are cool white (6500 K) and warm white (2200 K) diodes.
Dalis allows the creation of whites from 2200 K to 6500 K, without the addition of colors and with plenty of power.
This LED bar can also be controlled in two or four independent groups, which, when it is installed vertically to create horizontal bands, can simulate effects like dawn or dusk. Each color offers 16-bit control, so one can imagine the quality achieved with a slow transition.
The rear of the fixture hosts the input and output section, with PowerCON TRUE1 mains connections, XLR5 input and output for DMX-RDM and an RJ45 input for current Ethernet control protocols (ArtNet, sACN, MA-Net). It also serves as a node for Ethernet input to DMX output. A laptop can also be connected for remote configuration via RDM or TCP/IP. It even incorporates an RFID chip.
Dalis has a QuickRig system for simplified mounting on trusses, horizontally or vertically. It can also be deployed on the floor. A safety glass protects the optics and allows 98% of the luminous flux to pass.
The 300 W power supply provides flicker-free operation of the LEDs, while the cooling of the sources is natural, without a fan, and perfectly silent.
